what would you if every single day you received negative feedbacks?
a) ignore and just live through it
b) have patience and accept it
c) bang the table every single time you receive it

It's really frustrating at times and you have to tolerate it.
As the malay saying goes,
"enter left ear, come out right ear"

there was this customer from Aussie who kept screaming and cursing
Microsoft and Creative.
He's a technology-hater.
He hates anything to do with technology.
and he kept screaming at my ear.
ooooohh.. lucky it's fasting month.
or not i'll be cursing him back.
haha..
